Relaxation of additional fees for Filing Annual Financial Statements

Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has relaxed levy of additional fees on filing of annual financial statements/annual return for the financial year ended on 31st March 2021.

The said relaxation of additional fees is as follows:

• upto February 15, 2022 for filing of e-forms AOC-4, AOC-4 (CFS), AOC-4 XBRL, AOC-4 Non-XBRL in respect of the financial year ended on March 31, 2021
• upto February 28, 2022 for filing of e-forms MGT-7/MGT-7A in respect of the financial year ended on March 31, 2021
• During the aforesaid period, only normal fees shall be payable for filing of aforementioned e forms.

The above relaxation is a major relief in Corporate Law Compliances and MCA has taken the decision taking into account requests received from various stakeholders.
