In view of challenges faced by companies and other stakeholders due to COVID in electronically filing of various forms of annual filings under the provisions of Companies Act 2013 (‘the Act’) for the Financial Year 2020-21, Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has decided to further provide the relaxation on levy of additional fees in filing of respective e-forms as per table below vide General Circular No. 01/2022 dated 14.02.2022.
MCA also clarified that during the extended period, only normal fees shall be payable for the filing of the aforementioned e-forms.
