Introduction of New Form CSR-2

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide its notification dated 11.02.2022 and by exercise of the powers stated in Companies Act, 2013 hereby makes the rules further to amend the Companies (Accounts) Rules 2014.

• Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has issued Companies (Accounts) Amendment Rules, 2022.
• Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has issued new form CSR-2 which is required to be filled by the companies covered under the provisions of sub-section (1) to section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 to furnish a report on Corporate Social Responsibility.
• Form CSR-2 to be filed with Registrar for the preceding financial year 2020-2021 and onwards with Annual Filing Forms i.e. as an addendum to Form AOC-4 or AOC-4 XBRL or AOC-4 NBFC (IND AS).
• Form CSR-2 for the preceding financial year i.e., 2020-2021 shall be filed separately on or before 31st March 2022, after filing of Annual Form I.e., AOC-4 or AOC-4 XBRL or AOC-4 NBFC (IND AS).
