Relaxation of additional fees and Extension of last date in filing Forms MGT-7 (Annual Return) & AOC-4 (Financial Statement) for UT of J&K and Ladakh
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) vide General Circular dated 28th November,2019 has extended the time limit for filing of financial statements for the financial year ended 31st March,2019 for companies having jurisdiction in the Union Territory (UT) of Jammu & Kashmir (J&K) and Ladakh due to disturbances in internet services and normal work.
Therefore, the due date of filing of e-forms AOC-4, AOC-4 (CFS) AOC-4 XBRL and e-form MGT-7 has been extended upto 31st January,2020, without levy of any additional fee.
