Extension of date for filing cost audit report for FY 18-19

Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) vide General Circular dated 30^th December, 2019 has extended the last date of filing of Form CRA-4 (Cost Audit Report) for all eligible companies for financial year (FY) 2018-19, without payment of additional fee, till 29^th February,2020.

Originally the due date for filing Form CRA-4 for financial year 2018-19 was 31^st October,2019 which was subsequently extended to 31^st December vide General Circular No.12 and now the same has been extended to 29^th February,2020.  

The said extension is for the entire process of:

• Preparation of Annexures to the Cost Audit Report.
• Submission of Cost Audit Report by the Cost Auditor to the Company.
• Filing of Cost Audit Report by the Company with the Central Government.
