The Government has made e-Invoicing mandatory for entities with a turnover of more than Rs. 10 crores in any of the previous five financial years. This has been made mandatory with effect from 01.10.2022.
Moreover, Government is also planning to cover those entities with a turnover of more than Rs. 5 Crores and up to Rs. 10 Crores. These entities can use the trial platform for e-invoicing to prepare themselves for this compliance.
