CG Introduces “LLP Settlement Scheme, 2020” for Defaulting LLPs

The Central Government (CG) has introduced a scheme namely “LLP Settlement Scheme, 2020”, by allowing a One-time condonation of delay in filing statutorily required documents with the Registrar.
